How do we achieve temperature stability in a thermal?
The pots work as a thermal isolated pots that maintain the metal temperature for 5 to 7 hour periods with a minimal heat loss of 8 to 10 °C per hour (depending on weather conditions). It is necessary a preheat process for the pots to get to 900°C temperature, and later on to receive the molten metal at 750°C.
¿How many pallets can I make with continuous cast ingt?
The continuous casting aluminum ingots are characterized by its weight, dimensions and its repeatable geometry. Therefore we obtain high resistance compact bundles up to 4 or 5 levels. The traceability is 100% present in continuous casting ingots due to engraved alloy number, production batch and date.
